This couple celebrates their wedding inside the pretty chapel in the gardens of L’Andana. Inside, the ceremony is intimate, emotional and witnessed by their parents and bridal party. A microphone in the chapel and speakers in the gardens allow the guests to listen and follow the ceremony as it proceeds.
Once they are married and have completed all the necessary formalities, the newlyweds’ exit to a shower of rice and much excitement to get the party started!
Romantic Portraits at Sunset
Once the guests finish congratulating the couple, everyone enjoys a refreshing glass of prosecco. Next, we head off for a quick walk around the venue to take some photos. We decide to take these now as the light is nice and soft and it means that they are then free to celebrate and party the rest of the day!
The driveway is the ideal place to capture some lovely images of the recently married couple. L’Andana weddings often center around the vineyards and wines produced on the estate. The driveway with the pine and cypress trees and the vineyards are very scenic and appropriate for a photoshoot.
Italian Aperitivi by the Pool
After 15 minutes, we head back to the pool area and join the guests. The prosecco, gin, and tonics are flowing, and around the pool, there is comfortable seating for people to relax. There are also various food stations providing delicious mouth-watering bites.
L’Andana wedding reception under the stars
The wedding reception takes place in front of La Trattoria. This is a large farmhouse style building with lovely views across the vineyards. A long imperial table is set and perfectly fills the space. The decor is light and airy, with plenty of room to breathe and allow hundreds of candles to create a lovely romantic effect.
A wedding reception in such a suggestive location indeed makes a wedding at L’Andana resort an enticing prospect for any couple. Even if you have a smaller group, you can still dine outside but perhaps on the terrace in front of the villa, so you enjoy the remarkable backdrop of the driveway and surrounding landscapes.
Dinner is a very energetic affair with high energy music and entertainment from an acoustic quartet. We also enjoy some funny and emotional speeches.
Cake Cutting and Party!
With the main meal ending, the bride gets everyone back on their feet as it is time to move to the main villa. The quartet plays music and leads the entire group back up to the party area. Here the cake is cut, and the party starts… and what a party it is. Long into the night, the celebrations continue. Everyone has a fantastic time!
