To make things easier and give you a quick indication of how much it costs to elope in Italy we have put together some Italy elopement packages. These are customizable and designed to give you the flexibility of choice.
Our Italy elopement packages exist to help you see how easy it is to elope in Italy.
Consider them frameworks upon which we can elaborate and expand. We want to create a dream come true destination wedding just for you!
As a photographer, my goal is to send you home with incredible photos. I only accept a limited amount of work each year.
I dedicate myself to my elopements just the same way as I do to any wedding – 100%.
Together with my wedding planner wife and her team, we will look after all aspects of your romantic Italian wedding.
We offer Italy elopement packages because we know that a ready-made solution may be the convenient stress-free wedding in Italy that you need.
However, we welcome special requests and love working with clients that want to create something even more unique.
We thrive on creating original elopements more than cookie-cutter weddings.
What Do You Include In Your Italy Elopement Packages?
Our standard Italy elopement package includes the essential services that you require.
You can then add to this anything you want to customize and create an even more original experience for yourselves.
Most clients choose to have a symbolic ceremony and focus on fantastic wedding photos and enjoying their time in Italy.
If you prefer to have a civil wedding or get married in a church, that’s not a problem. We can quote for the additional services and create a bespoke Italy Elopement Package for your ideal wedding.
So the following items are what we consider to be the essential items for a great elopement.
Our Starting Package Includes:
Wedding Planning: – Wedding Planning and Coordination fees.
Accommodation: – Recommendations and booking if required. (1)
Photographer: – Wedding photography by Jules Bower. I will photograph your wedding and plan with you how to get the best photos possible.
Celebrant: – We work with an excellent celebrant that will help you have a beautiful symbolic blessing. This type of ceremony has no legality but is an emotional and intimate experience that lends itself to excellent photography.
Stylist: – Our Professional hair and makeup artists will look after your beauty needs for your big day.
Flowers: – A bouquet, boutonniere, and a basket of petals to throw after the ceremony.
Music: – We provide a speaker to play your chosen songs during the ceremony.
Romantic Dinner – The arranging of a romantic dinner or private dining experience. (2)
(1) You pay for your accommodation directly to the hotel/venue.
(2) You pay for your dinner or catering directly to the restaurant or individual responsible.
Make Your Elopement Even More Special
If you dream of having a beautiful flower arch or a ceremony at dusk with fairy lights, we can arrange it.
Perhaps you want a string quartet or a harpist or an opera singer to perform during the ceremony – no problem. Whatever you desire, we can organize it for you.

His communication is prompt, professional, and he does his best to go above and beyond. We were very grateful for his offer to help find us a wedding coordinator, and get in touch with a makeup artist for our wedding both of whom we contracted with. Throughout the time leading to the wedding Jules kept in contact and was reachable regardless of his hectic schedule.
The photography process on the day of the wedding was very smooth as well. Jules showed up to the venue early, was very professional and attained AMAZING shots that we were hoping he would be able to achieve.
Having been to our wedding location before for previous weddings, Jules knew the different areas to go and various poses for impeccable photos.
As someone who is not a professional model having someone take photos of me was odd at first, however Jules made us feel at ease throughout the process through his casual but firm demeanor and by providing exact direction.
After the wedding, Jules provided the photos to us within weeks, and had our wedding album designed shortly after. I would caution anyone who hires Jules not to skip on the photo album, it is a very elegant piece that you would be hard pressed to have duplicated elsewhere.
He also provided us with links to download high quality images of the photos he took for us to store electronically. I create a google drive to store them in the cloud as well as a hard backup on a flash drive.
We used some of these downloaded images to have printed on aluminum for our home. I would not hesitate to recommend Jules to anyone getting married.
The product he produces is well worth the money spent a thousand times over and is something my wife and I will treasure for the rest of our lives.
