I enjoy photographing wedding accessories and details. Sometimes I do commercial photography and the geek in me loves the technical side of photographing an object. Still-life photography may bore many a photographer but I like the creative challenge.
It is so easy at a wedding to just take a pair of shoes and put them on the floor, or prop a bouquet on a chair. But for me, that’s obvious and seems a little uninvolved, too pedestrian.
Making Luxury Wedding Details Pictures
During your wedding, there is a lot to photograph and not a great deal of time. However, I will try to create something a little more meaningful with your wedding details pictures. You will no doubt put a lot of effort into choosing your details and accessories.
Also, they will most likely have cost a pretty penny. In respect of this, I want to make them look amazing. After all, the details are little statements about you. They are little gems of insight into your characters and personalities. They are a part of the wedding design and style and therefore say something about who you are as people.

I did not mention the wedding dress here as it’s not just a detail but more a major key element! The wedding dress deserves a mention all on its own!

After we had decided to get married in Venice we became aware of Jules through his phenomenal website and were immediately impressed by the quality his photos and the incomparable style in which he took them. After seeing his pictures, the portfolios of other Italian photographers just faded in comparison.
Of course, we wondered if our photos could come close to this beauty. And what can we say, our hopes have been exceeded a lot! We think the photos that Jules created can hardly be surpassed in terms of beauty, warmth, atmosphere, the way he manages to use the sunlight etc. We are not used to being photographed, but Jules really managed to make us feel very comfortable and relaxed all the time which we think you can clearly see in the pictures!
We are so lucky to have selected him, because he really let the memories of our most beautiful day become alive again when we received the pictures after only 2 weeks! (We’ve heard from other couples who had to wait months until they got their pictures from their photographer…)
In addition, he has not only proven himself to be a highly skilled photographer but also an incredibly warm-hearted and helpful person and supporter in the planning of our wedding when we faced some sudden and unexpected problems. His tips and commitment have really saved us the one time or another! At this point also special thanks to his wife, who has also contributed to the success of our wedding and as we found out later is a wedding planner herself, which was certainly of great benefit, too.

He always responded quickly in emails during the planning process of the photo-shoot and provided good advice on the route etc. During the photo-shoot, he knows how to engage us to be more comfortable and natural in front of the camera.
Although our photo session was only half day, he managed to capture a lot of amazing photos with different scenarios at various locations; he works very efficiently with amazing output (especially impeccable composition). He is the best!

This meant my husband and I were able to actually enjoy a bit of our cocktail reception post ceremony which was important to us. Jules turned around thousands of images including a spectacular gallery of edited shots much more quickly than I anticipated.
His level of service was amazing and is clearly portrayed in the photos! My only regret is that I didn’t also hire him for the other pre & post wedding day festivities…
