Italy offers many lovely locations that are exciting destinations for your pre wedding photoshoot.

The renaissance city. A city of art and culture like no other in the world. A Pre-wedding in Florence is fun.

The town is busy, but being small we can easily visit popular destinations. Piazza Della Signoria, Piazza Della Repubblica, Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi Gallery, Palazzo Pitti and Piazzale Michelangelo are all great places to visit for photos.

Most places we visit on foot, so there is some walking involved. One or two locations may require a car, but we can organize a driver.

Florence is about the architecture and excitement of Tuscany’s lively central city. If you want to have a pre wedding shooting in the countryside, why not combine Florence with a photo session in Tuscany?

If you like the countryside, then Tuscany is perfect for you. I will take your pre-wedding photos in the world-famous scenery of Tuscany. The backdrops can include rolling hills of grass, crops and wildflowers.

You can walk around a vineyard at sunset or stroll down an old country lane. The olive groves, cypress trees, and medieval villages are also beautiful places for romantic photo sessions.

There are also plenty of beautiful villas and castles to choose from, and I can help you decide where to stay and create a bespoke itinerary just for your pre wedding in Italy.

If you are looking for something original and romantic, you should consider having a pre-wedding in Tuscany. If you are shy, Tuscany is also the best location as there will be very few people around to disturb you from enjoying the romance of your pre wedding shoot!

In Venice, I suggest visiting the famous sites and authentic, quieter back streets and canals. Venice is unique in the world. Water taxis and gondolas are our methods of transportation.

Once you drift around the narrow canals in a gondola, you see a whole other side to Venice.

The best way to do the super popular locations such as Piazza San Marco is to start your Venice pre-wedding photoshoot at dawn. We will take photos in the main square and famous monuments before it becomes crowded with tourists.

Next, we will have a break for breakfast and rest as you will need it. Afterwards, we continue the second part of your pre-wedding in Venice.

There is so much to do in Venice that we will have many locations and places to visit.

A pre wedding in Venice is about capturing the amazing famous sites as well as the real authentic Venice that the locals live and experience daily.

Just about anywhere in Venice is incredible but here are a few of the most popular places:

• Piazza San Marco & Palazzo Ducale – I love Piazza San Marco but it is a difficult location for great photos. During the day there are just too many tourists. My goal is to create beautiful images of you with the wonderful surroundings that Venice offers. We don’t want lots of random people in the photos. However, if you are happy to wake up early, then I recommend visiting Piazza San Marco early in the morning before the tourists wake up!
• Rialto Bridge – An Iconic bridge in Venice I prefer to use the bridge as a backdrop to the photos whilst you enjoy a gondola or water taxi ride.
• Church of San Giorgio Maggiore – The views from this area back across the water to Piazza San Marco are lovely.
• Basilica di Santa Maria della Salute – A stunning church on the grand canal. The steps and columns and beautiful architecture are impressive.
• Burano – The island of Burano is a bit of a journey from Venice but the bright colored houses are a fun and popular location for photos.
• All the narrow streets and canals away from the tourists!

• Gondola – You must experience a gondola ride during your pre wedding in Venice. The view from the water as you drift between the old Venetian palaces is truly magical.
• Water Taxi – A water taxi is a chic way of moving around Venice. It can save you a lot of time and take you quickly to places that are more difficult to get to.
• Caffè Florian – The incredibly atmospheric tea room that overlooks San Marco square. Not cheap but a unique experience.
• Buy Masks! – Venice Carnival happens once a year but you can buy stunning masks and have some fun with them anytime.

For this couple the focus was on the quieter areas of Venice as they want to stay away from other people. Our walk was a relaxing and enjoyable one. A gondola ride takes us past Rialto bridge and along some lovely inner canals.

• Rome’s monuments such as the Colosseum, Piazza Navona, Castel Sant’ Angelo, the Trevi fountain, the Spanish steps and more are great locations. Yes, these places can be hectic, so it needs careful planning to get the best results, but that is why we are here to help you. If you like essential architecture and history, thenpre wedding photography in Rome might be for you.

  Once again, another great way to get photos at the busier places is to visit them when they are quieter. The squares and monuments are a lot less crowded early in the morning.

The Amalfi Coast offers such delightful locations as Ravello, Positano, Amalfi and Capri. The famous stretch of coastline provides a very different feel from other areas of Italy.
