Cortona wedding in the hills
After about 15 kilometres of windy mountain road and dense forests I found the entrance and white road that led down to the farmhouse. The farmhouse itself is tucked away in a little clearing and offers a lovely secluded location for a romantic outdoor ceremony. Friends and family gathered on the lawn and an emotional ceremony was held at the back of the villa. Refreshments and canapes followed and some fun family photos. Then we went for a stroll around the villa before heading inside for dinner.
I am always surprised by how varying the scenery is in Tuscany and this was another area that once again left an impression, I really am very lucky to be a wedding photographer in Tuscany and grateful to be able to participate in such fabulous events.

Hi David. Yes there are many more photos including lots from the dinner showing the laughter, tears of happiness and general atmosphere. Unfortunately I can’t feature every image on my website but they will be receiving them all very soon.

Jules — Simon and I had our post-wedding reception last weekend for friends and family back in California. We made an album, full of your photographs for people to look through. Can’t tell you how many people came up to us throughout the night to tell us how amazing they thought the photos were. “Magical” and “fairytale-like” were words often used.
