A wedding at Castello Il Palagio

Castello Il Palagio is located in Mercatale Val di Pesa in Tuscany. It is a small but authentic castle with a wonderful courtyard for dining out during the warm summer months. The ceremony took place on the side lawn adjacent to the castle, then the aperitivi were around the fountain. As we had plenty of time after the ceremony we jumped in the car and went to visit a few different locations nearby that sum up a wedding in Tuscany quite nicely, sunflowers, vineyards and olives.

Here are some photos from this wedding at Castello Il Palagio.
