Podere Celli – Intimate Wedding in Tuscany

Podere Celli is a lovely location for a small farmhouse style wedding in Tuscany. This intimate wedding in Tuscany is all about love. Just a very close group of people that care about each other. It was a pleasure to work with some an involved and caring group of people. Podere Celli is a secluded country house that provides great privacy. This area is quiet and private but gives you an authentic feeling of Tuscany.

This intimate wedding in Tuscany brings together Cuba, Miami and Tuscany! Essentially the wedding party is all either from Cuba or Miami or both. The bride gives me some lovely details to photograph so I start with some photos of her accessories. The bride and groom are getting ready in different areas of the country house. Basically, the boys are on one side of the building and the girls on the other.

Once the guys “get their hair sorted” it is time for some photos of them getting ready. There is a lot of camaraderie in this group and the atmosphere is full of excitement.

The groom and his best men are all dressed very smartly they are wearing perfectly tailored navy blue dinner suits. The ladies are getting ready in the main villa at Podere Celli. The bridesmaid’s dresses are an elegant and a lovely soft pink color. The girls are attentively helping the bride get ready and stay calm!

Romantic Civil wedding ceremony at San Galgano

The wedding itself will take place at the ruins of the San Galgano cathedral. We drive to the Abbey and arrive exactly on time. The civil wedding ceremony is lovely. It starts with a formal and stylish processional. The bride enters and is eager to be with her groom.

The civil ceremony lasts approximately 25 minutes. Due to how close this group is everyone is overjoyed for their union and there are plenty of tears of joy. At the Abbey, you can only have the site to yourselves for an hour, as a result, we use the last 15 mins to take some photos of the newlywed couple with the lovely architecture.

Intimate wedding in Tuscany – Reception at Podere Celli

Back at the villa, everyone enjoys the delicious Tuscan finger food and some drinks as they watch the sunset. The wedding reception will take place under the permanent structure on the main terrace. The dinner table is rich with flowers but also understated at the same time.

The color scheme and the atmosphere are very intimate and romantic. Everyone enjoys a wonderful Tuscan banquet and some really heartfelt speeches. Next, there is the cake cutting, first dance and then the party. Every single person is on the dance floor and they party until late into the night.
