Villa Cora wedding – elegance, luxury, sophistication…. these words come to mind if I have to describe Villa Cora. Because of its location, you can easily get to the city centre of Florence in 5 mins. Or, if you don’t fancy going into town you can also visit Piazza Michelangelo or San Miniato. From here you can enjoy some amazing views of the city.
Villa Cora is widely recognized for its reception hall the “Mirror Room”. This hall is ideal for your wedding reception. The room is covered in mirrors, gold detailing, and frescoes and has an opulent baroque atmosphere.
Villa Cora wedding – Florence Wedding
I start the day with some photos from the roof terrace of the hotel. I also take a few of the villa itself as it is a beautiful building. Inside the groom is getting ready in a room on the top floor.
The bride is in the incredible Imperial Suite with her bridesmaids. If you are having a Villa Cora wedding I would recommend booking the Imperial Suite. It is truly a wonderful room for you to get ready in.
The ceremony takes place outside in the side garden. If you like what you see below and think an outdoor wedding at Villa Cora might be perfect for you then I also have ideas about to improve the ceremony and therefore the photos.
Once you are married you can enjoy drinks and canapés on the terrace and gardens at the back of the villa. Everyone has a drink and there are lots of hugs, kisses, and congratulations. I then take care of all the family photos. The family photos are not in the gallery below of this Villa Cora wedding but trust me I always shoot a whole list of family and group photos for you.
Having your wedding in Italy in July means that the sunset is late in the day. Once dinner is started and everyone is enjoying themselves we just take a few photos outside the villa before it becomes too dark. The rest of the evening people enjoy the wonderful food and wine.
Once the cake is cut there is a party downstairs. A fun end to a great Villa Cora wedding.
