Castello di Vincigliata and San Martino a Mensola

This wedding in Fiesole takes place in 3 locations. We have the preparations at hotel Villa Fiesole, the ceremony at the Chiesa di San Martino a Mensola and then the reception at Castello di Vincigliata.

Hotel Villa Fiesole is located just a few hundred meters from the town of Fiesole and about 5 minutes from the church. The hotel has a good location, you can find it directly under the Belmond Villa San Michele. Both the bride and groom prepare at the hotel. Once I finish the photos with the bride we all move to the church. The ceremony goes perfectly and the couple exit to lots of cheers and confetti. A two-seater classic car is waiting for them, the groom drives and they go to Castello di Vincigliata where the celebrations will start.

While we are waiting for the guests to arrive at the castle we use the time to take some photos with the car. Once everyone arrives cocktails and food is available in the gardens in front of the castle. Family photos follow and then dinner is served in the courtyard. The courtyard is one of the main reasons why many people decide to get married at Castello di Vincigliata.

A lovely dinner takes place with entertaining speeches, after, everyone moves outside for the cutting of the cake and the party!
