Gordon and Gillian chose the quaint hill top borgo of Certaldo for their wedding in Tuscany. For a wedding photographer Tuscany is full of surprises, this was my first time to Certaldo and it did not disappoint it is picture perfect. Situated up high the views over Tuscany towards San Gimignano and its surroundings are stunning. The wedding took place in the courtyard of the old town hall of Certaldo which dominates the scenery.
After the wedding it was a short walk down the street to a Certaldo bar that put on a lovely spread of typical Tuscan canapes. Whilst the guests enjoyed themselves the newlyweds and I took a little stroll around some of the quiet streets, it gave them a moment alone, and me some photo opportunities, here are just a few shots.
